Overview
Required skills & experience: 1. Bachelor’s Degree; Masters or significant clinical operations experience preferred 2. Registered Nurse or advanced nursing license 3. Active, unrestricted OH license 4. 10+ years in a leadership position within the healthcare/benefits industry; clinical leadership responsibilities within navigation, care coordination or managed care industry ideal 5. 7+ years’ experience in an elevated leadership role 6. Demonstrated business acumen in financial analysis, reporting and forecasting 7. Strong analytical skills; ability to quickly aggregate and analyze information and draw conclusions 8. Strong communicator, capable of effectively presenting ideas and concepts 9. Proven ability to build relationships both cross-functionally and externally 10. Strong leader and motivator with the ability to mentor talent within the organization; able to attract and retain top talent "Nice-to-haves" regarding professional experience • Evaluate and enhance clinical program needs and gaps in collaboration with operations leadership • Support development and execution of clinical engagement strategic plan, including both long range and annual operating plans, in conjunction with other senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations and ensuring alignment • Oversight and responsibility for all clinical services metrics and goals to improve effectiveness leading to increased member engagement and outcomes • Responsible for clinical process improvement initiatives that improve efficiency and staff/member experience • Ensure that clinical services teams are effectively staffed to meet growth demand, with a focus on improving the forecasting, hiring, performance management and coaching processes • Focus on continuously increasing member satisfaction scores as measured by Net Promotor Score • Mentoring of internal clinical leaders and pod staff to enhance career progression pathways and next level leaders • Enhancing clinical engagement and service delivery with a focus on scalability through 3-5x growth • Support and translate clinical strategy and performance of clinical programs with benefits consultants, prospective and current customers • Provide clinical engagement leadership to sales, client engagement and pod operations leadership teams What you need to know: • This position will be located in Columbus, OH with travel less than 10% • Bonus potential of 15% annually is generally realized • Relocation package included
