Position title: Occupation Med - Physician Must have active OR license Start date: ASAP Length: ONGOING Job description: Monday -Friday 8am-5pm NO CALL Outpatient only Adult only 25 patients on average per day This physician will not be supervising anyone Will be sole physician Support staff: 2 MA's, 2 front desk admins EPIC EMR Must be Board-Certified Must have DEA Must have BLS Preferred: Castings, Occ Med, employment physicals, disability exams, x-ray interpretations, EKG interpretation All travel/lodging is paid for.
