Overview
Job Description The Inside Sales Director is responsible for the development and execution of sales best practices around lead generation to drive revenue growth. Examples include financial and sales pipeline reporting, business development and campaign performance metrics and analyses, and SalesForce.com management and campaign processes. You will be responsible for leading the Payer/Provider Business Development Team to ensure pipeline development via effective campaigns and prospecting strategies. In short, this position is responsible for creating and assessing opportunities, developing campaign plans, and expanding our strategic customer base with the sole purpose of generating lead opportunities for our sales organization. Success will be defined as new business develops from related leads. Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered) • Experience leading inside sales teams for sizable organizations, with a history of recruiting, developing, motivating, and coaching a best-in-class sales team • Track record of improving key sales metrics to achieve on overall revenue targets (overall bookings, ratio of bookings to sales cost, etc.) with illustrated experience identifying recommendations for improvement • Experience working in start-up environments - you must be adept at working in a fast- paced environment and have shown yourself to be adaptive and flexible, with the ability to overcome obstacles • Bachelor’s degree required • 5+ years of technology and/or consultative B2B services sales experience plus 5+ years in a leadership position • Extensive experience selling into healthcare accounts required What you need to know • Develop, positively motivate, and coach/lead a savvy Inside Sales team to consistent daily metrics, performance, and quota achievement • Champion of Salesforce - activity tracking, pipeline Management, forecasting outcomes • Execute new go-to-market strategy and lead with best practices and processes that will enable rapid scaling and ensure sales discipline in forecasting • Join a rapidly growing organization with unique and fun core values that drive an excellent culture • Company kitchen with healthy options • Great base pay with bonus opportunities
