Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered) 1.) Board Certified or Board Eligible within 3 years 2.) Must have CPR cert 3.) Must be comfortable seeing a full-scope of patients 4.) Must have a Pennsylvania medical license or be willing to attain one What you need to know: • Full-scope Family Medicine. Specialists available for referrals and consults in all fields. • Full-time, outpatient opportunities; utilize employed Hospitalist group for admissions but not required • EMR – GE Centricity • Employed position in our Physician Led Organization of over 200 providers • Competitive Base Salary, Guaranteed for two years • $25,000 Sign-On Bonus (For 3 year commitment. Higher sign-on potential for longer commitment or in lieu of Educational Loan Assistance.) • Educational Loan Assistance • Up to $10,000 Relocation Assistance • 40 Hours and $3,000 Annual CME Allowance • 25 PTO Days Annually • 10 Sick Days Annually • 100% Employer Paid Malpractice including Tail Coverage • Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance • 403(b) Retirement Plan with Employer Match
