Overview
We have an immediate opening for a Private Duty LPN Licensed Practical Nurse in Jackson, TN with Home Care experience. The Licensed Practical Nurse reports to the Director of Patient Care Services and/or the Case Manager/Registered Nurse and provides nursing care and teaching to patients and families. The responsibilities may be amended to include those specialties and/or procedures that will be in compliance with the state certification program and their nurse practice act, as well as the policies and procedures for the agency. Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered) • Licensed in Tennessee as a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing • One (1) year experience as a licensed practical nurse preferred • Dependable transportation and ability to travel to client homes • Private pay experience a plus What you need to know - Rapidly growing company with great professional development opportunities - Great pay for experience, full benefits and generous PTO/Paid Holidays - Mileage reimbursement - Cases involves a mixture of both peds and adults
