Required skills & experience: 1. Must be a LPN 2. Must be able to speak Spanish fluently 3. 1yr of experience as an LPN preferred but will accept new grads! What you need to know 1. Educate, engage and establish patient care plans and set health goals Spanish- speaking patients 2. Follow-up with Spanish-speaking patients on a monthly basis to provide both encouragement and guidance for patients to reach their goals 3.
