Bilingual Medical Assistant

Overview

Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered) - Must be a Medical Assistant (credentialed preferred) - Must be able to speak Spanish fluently - 1yr of experience as an MA preferred but will accept new grads - National certification (CMA, CCMA, NCMA, RMA) preferred What you need to know - This position is located in office, not remote - Educate, engage and establish patient care plans and set health goals Spanish- speaking patients - Follow-up with Spanish-speaking patients on a monthly basis to provide both encouragement and guidance for patients to reach their goals - Work for a quickly growing start up with fantastic professional growth opportunities - Great base pay with weekly bonus opportunities based on performance metrics - Flexible hours, no nights, no weekends
