Overview

Job Description The Director-Business Development will be responsible for closing new business relationships, integrating programs into our platform, and developing new lines of business. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, display confidence with quiet humility, be able to balance strategic and tactical vision and initiatives, and work across all sections of the organization to grow the business. Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered) • Bachelors degree • 2-3 years of business development experience • 2-3 years of implementation and/or integration experience • Experience in an early stage company • Focused on activity, processes, and associated results • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives What you need to know • Manage the global business development/integration process • Use and management of a proprietary business development/CRM platform • Verify and updates sales data as needed • Process and send approximately 200 letters to prospects every week • Make approximately 150 cold calls per week to prospects in order to set meetings for senior management • Accompany senior management for in-person development meetings • Gain knowledge of the current regulatory environment for our industry and healthcare in general • Perform due diligence as part of the business development/implementation/integration process • Work across business departments to integrate new programs seamlessly • Identify and develop business strategy opportunities and potential new business lines • Assist in any other aspect that is required with an early-stage company
