Required Skills and Experience - Graduate of an accredited licensed practical nursing program with current New York State LPN registration. - Previous home care experience. - Competency in performing licensed practical nursing techniques and procedures. What You Need to Know - Deliver safe, high quality nursing care in accordance with agency policies, procedures and existing regulations. - Follow the established nursing plan of care for each patient. - Report changes in medications, treatment and patient condition to nursing supervisor in a timely manner. - Document accurately and completely as required. - Use equipment and supplies properly and efficiently. - Maintain a safe and orderly patient environment.
