Job Title Physical and Occupational Therapist (Jefferson County) Job Description Responsible for providing client assessments using best clinical practices and developing appropriate plans of care. Provide safe therapy interventions to clients/families in accordance with agency policies and procedures. Required Skills and Experience - License and current registration to practice as a Therapist in New York State. - Valid NYS driver’s license required. - Minimum of one year of Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy experience. - Self-directed, organized with the ability to work independently. - Good oral and written communication skills.
