Overview

Job Title People Partner Job Description We’re looking for a skilled People Partner to own all things HR in North Carolina. This is a true generalist opportunity working alongside of our Clinical Leadership team, with areas of responsibility in employee relations, L&D, performance management, organizational design, and more. In this role, you’ll serve as a key advocate for clinical and non-clinical staff including physicians, nurses, social workers, and community health partners. You will be a key driver in HR policies within the Community Health Hub; both for our exempt and non-exempt team. Additionally, you’ll be an instrumental resource in scaling our clinical organization as we continue to expand our presence in the North Carolina community and beyond. The ideal candidate has worked in a clinical setting within a hyper-growth stage company, with experience liaising stratified workforce sites. Required Skills and Experience - 5+ years in human resources - Experience across all major areas of a Human Resources / People function, including compensation and benefits, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), performance reviews, organizational development, employee relations, health and safety, compliance, and workforce planning. - You are an excellent coach and partner. You know how to help leaders work through issues and drive change in their organizations. - You love “testing” your ideas and measuring the impact of your work. - You’re excited about the opportunity to leverage data to make recommendations. - You communicate clearly and succinctly. - You feel comfortable working autonomously. - You have a positive outlook on problem solving; when you see a problem, you feel energized to solve it. What You Need to Know - Continue to iterate and execute the organization's People Operations strategy for Community Health Hub locations throughout North Carolina. - Partner with leadership to create comprehensive frameworks for performance management, organizational design and planning, retention strategy, individual growth paths and everything in between. - Build and own manager L&D initiatives to continue to grow our amazing leaders - Provide consistent guidance, coaching, and mentorship to Hub leadership on performance management and career development for their teams. - Facilitate and use strong judgement to resolve employee relations concerns for clinical and non-clinical roles across the Hub teams. - Ensure consistent application of and adherence to policy, and bring sound recommendations to continue to build and implement policy revisions as we scale. - With leadership, own execution of and response to engagement and inclusion survey. - Work closely with the People Operations team to continue to build out our HR offerings including on-boarding, benefits, training, performance, promotion, career development, diversity & inclusion and engagement programs, among others.
