Job title: Psychiatrist Outpatient only Adult only Qualification/Certs: MUST be licensed in Ohio DEA Can be Board Certified or Board Eligible *Candidate must be with this driving distance of Dayton, OH Mileage will be reimbursed for the drive Start date: ASAP: Mid-June preferably Schedule: 8-10 hours per week FLEXIBLE Thursdays are preferred Can work Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Saturdays as well. Can split days/hours up. Does not have to be a full 8 hour day Outpatient details: All follow-ups All scheduled appointments All evals will be pushed to other providers 4-6 follow ups per hour Roughly 20-25 minutes per follow up 20%-25% cancelation rate Cases: General Psych Anxiety, depression, eating disorder VERY RARE will you see severe mental health Direct support staff: Medical Assistant, to perform all H&P's Medical Liaison Other providers will be on site EMR: Practice Fusion, orientation available Hiring process: 1 Phone call then offer In-person available if needed on providers end Credentialing: 1 week, will bill under provider leaving
