Job title: Anesthesiologist, MD Assignment coverage: June 12-16 with possible additional coverage dates 2. Start Date – Orientation June 11 2019 – Coverage June 12-16 2019 3. Work Location: DuBois, PA 4. Work Hours for June 12-16 2019 assignment = 24 hour coverage • Day Shift Hours – 7:00am to 4:00pm • Weekdays – On call 4pm to 7:00am • Weekend Call – 24 hours 4. Practice Information • Case load includes: neurosurgery, thoracic surgery, vascular surgery, cath lab cases, endovascular coverage • 6 Cardiologists, 2 Cardiothoracic Surgeons, 1 Vascular Surgeon, 2 Neurosurgeons • 2 Cardiac OR’s, 9 General OR’s • 3 Cardiac Cath Labs • 24/7 dedicated cardiac anesthesia team • 12-bed CVICU • Non-invasive cardiology areas • Cardiac Rehab Unit • EMR - GE Centricity (Outpatient), Cerner (Inpatient) 4. Details of the PH DuBois job: • Neurosurgery Experience is required • Case mix varies. • How many people are involved, what your process is, etc? Must clear provider name then you send CV /.CV must be cleared by PH Healthcare CMO. If cleared phone interview scheduled (see above), decision is made in quick manner, entire process will take 1 day due to Emergent Need.
