Job title: Primary Care NP/PA Qualifications/Certs: **MUST have a collaborating agreement with a physician already!** Must have an active Texas medical license Must be a certified mid-level provider NP/PA Must have an active DEA Coverage needed: June 11th: 8am-6:30pm June 12th: 8am-5pm June 13th: 8am-5pm June 14th: 8am-Noon No credentialing needed Paper Charts only , no EMR 6-8 patients per day All bread and butter Common colds Check ups Physicals ALL TRAVEL PAID FOR
