Required skills & experience (the 5 “must haves” to be considered) 1. Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare related field. Master’s level degree preferred 2. Five years experience in an in house, acute care healthcare setting 3. Three years of experience in psychiatric acute care setting 4. Compliance experience with laws and regulations of the state of Arizona, CMS and JCAHO 5. Must be experienced in Performance Improvement / Quality Assurance and Risk Management in a leadership capacity.
