Required skills & experience (the 5 “must haves” to be considered) 1. Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university; advanced degree a plus. 2. Minimum of 10 years’ compensation experience required. 3. Minimum of 5 years in the healthcare industry required. 4. Experience implementing and managing productivity and/ or quality based compensation plans. 5. Advanced expertise in Excel and financial and data reporting software. Solid technical and analytical ability using spreadsheet, database and ERP systems and software required What you need to know • This position must sit in Nashville, TN • Relocation is included in compensation package for out-of-area candidates • Sign-on bonus and annual bonus also included in overall comp package • This candidate will have the opportunity to build his/her own team of 3-5 analysts! • Extremely nuanced role involving critical, strategic analysis of compensation plans for more than 25,000 providers The Director of Clinical Compensation is responsible for the overall design, implementation, communication, and administration of the organization’s clinical compensation program. This position ensures that the total compensation program (base pay, premium pay, variable based comp, and other incentive programs) supports the Company’s ability to attract, reward, and retain top talent through best in class compensation, ensures compliance, and supports the Company’s overall strategic objectives. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks including leading and influencing the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
