Solution Engineer

Overview

Required skills & experience (the 5 “must haves” to be considered) 1. BA/BS degree in business, computer science, healthcare informatics or minimum 4 years of related work experience 2. Healthcare IT experience required 3. Reports directly to Manager of Solution Engineering and has no purchasing, hiring, or decision making responsibilities 4. Expertise in a broad range of applications, technologies and terminologies including, but not limited to: - From a project management perspective, the ability to scope out projects upon sale. - APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) - Enterprise and SaaS-based software technologies - Understanding of SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, FHIR, Relational Databases and HL7 V2.x, V3 - Salesforce platform including Health Cloud 5. Experience staging and delivering technical demonstrations and proof of concept evaluations - Excellent presentation skills and verbal and written communication skills - Experience selling multiple products and supporting multiple sales representatives - Familiar with common healthcare inpatient and outpatient workflows and terminologies - Experience selling to healthcare organizations and providers is strongly desired What you need to know • This position must sit in Nashville, TN • Relocation is included in compensation package for out-of-area candidates • On-Track-Earnings potential includes 2% of all contract revenues on top of base salary
