Required skills & experience 1. Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Nursing, Rehabilitation Services (OT, PT, ST) or Business/Healthcare Administration 2. CPHQ Certification | NAHQ Survey experience 3. 5-8 years of advanced clinical experience or healthcare administration/consulting experience 4. Health plan specific experience with Quality and NCQA accreditation/requirements 5. Experience with care management, utilization/resource management processes, disease management programs 6. 5+ years of leadership experience and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams 7. Strong presentation/public speaking skills. Looking for someone with the confidence to take charge and give direction while making data-driven decisions. What you need to know: • Prefer someone who lives in Nashville, but will accept candidates that live anywhere in the US as long as they can commute to Nashville twice a month. • The Manager is responsible for oversight of quality & process improvement efforts across the enterprise to ensure consistent, efficient delivery of services throughout the healthcare continuum. • Manager will be over a team of 4 people (Project Lead, Data Analyst, Quality Clinician, and Senior Quality Clinician) and report to the Director of Clinical Services • This position requires input into Health Services strategy and implementation of innovative clinical programs. • Establishes strong relationships with clinical managers and business leaders, partner hospitals and health plans, providers, and key market stakeholders. • Efforts result in compliance with the clinical model, ensuring positive outcomes for patients and key performance indicators. • Manages NCQA (National Committee for Quality Assurance) accreditation process, educating the organization on NCQA requirements and updates. • Six weeks of mandatory training; the first two weeks will be classroom training in Nashville, TN (travel expenses will be covered for non local candidates).
