Required Skills & Experience 1. Associate’s degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) is required (Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred) 2. 2 years experience as a Labor & Delivery RN experience from an acute care facility 3. Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire 4. BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support certification through the American Heart Association required upon hire 5. NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program within 90 days is required 6. IFM – Intermediate Fetal Monitoring within 12 months is required What you need to know - 200 deliveries/month - 11 bed LDR and 2 OR suites - Night shift 6:45PM-7:15AM - OB Hospitalist 24/7
