Jo title: Cardiology Nurse Practitioner - Nuclear Medicine Required skills & experience (the 5 “must haves” to be considered) 1. Must have experience in Cardiology, preferably nuclear medicine 2. Must be licensed in Washing state, or willing to attain a license 3. Must hold an active DEA 4. Must be BLS and ACLS certified 5. Must have Cardiac stress testing knowledge and experience What you need to know: Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm Call: 8 hours on Saturday and Sunday every third weekend Call back% - 75% on weekends Practice setting: 100% adult, would prefer if the provider can see children 8 patients seen per day; 3 scheduled/5 walk ins 13 other physicians onsite 1 other Nurse practitioner Lad is onsite X-ray is onsite (2 exam rooms) Cases seen: Diagnostic/Therapeutic Taps Cardiology stress testing Treadmill and chemical stress Para, thora and lumbar procedures Credentialing: Emergency - 2 weeks Length of Assignment: 6 months - ongoing
