Overview
Required skills & experience (the 4 “must haves” to be considered) 1. Graduate of an accredited School for Respiratory Care 2. Must hold RRT credential and be licensed to practice in Maryland 3. Experience of 5-7 years 4. American Heart Association CPR Certification, ACLS, PALS and RRT license required What you need to know 1. Opportunity to join leadership team and advance career 2. Directly supervise four Charge RRT’s and a Clinical Leader (RRT) 3. The Assistant Manager will be involved in staff scheduling, payroll and annual performance evaluations 4. Evening or night shift required
