Overview

Required Skills and Experience: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or related technical field & 4 years of experience with Web/e-development programming is required -OR- 8 years of Web/e-development programming experience with no degree. 2. 2 years of experience with Sitecore platform. 3. 2 years of experience with Development of Microsoft solutions using ASP .NET, C#, SQL • Server, Windows Server, HTML and JavaScript. 4. Experience within a health care organization is preferred. 5. Integration of Sitecore and other 3rd party applications such as Marketing Automation, e-commerce, CRM, etc. 6. Implementation of Sitecore Analytics, Personalization, and Campaign Tracking/Automation. 7. Experience with responsive design, jQuery, CSS3, and mobile site delivery. 8. Experience with Web Service APIs (e.g. REST, SOAP) and database development. 9. Proficient in using Unicorn for tracking Sitecore item changes preferable. 10. Experience with Microsoft Azure. 11. Ability to trouble shoot and perform performance tuning on all layers of the web application. 12. Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve business issues through solution-oriented projects. 13. Ability to design, maintain, and optimize business processes, as well as integrate business processes across disparate systems. 14. Familiarity with Agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum. 15. Sitecore certified developer on version 7.2 or later preferable. 16. Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) practices a plus. 17. Excellent communication skills (listening, oral, and written communications); able to convey technical information to nontechnical audience in an understandable way. What You Need to Know - Enhance and maintain key application and data integration points for public-facing site with a focus on publishing activities, consumer experience, CRM integrations and Sitecore platform functionality. - Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the Sitecore platform. - Design and manage execution of test plans to ensure that a quality solution is deployed. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop content and solutions for the selected CMS platform. - Monitor performance of Sitecore cloud hosting solution; troubleshoot and report issues as required. - Collaborate and partner with vendors and IT departments as needed to resolve technical issues and implement solutions. - Support and/or install Sitecore software and related websites; participate in the installation, development, testing, and certification of company Sitecore instance and websites.
