Overview
Required skills & experience (the 4 “must haves” to be considered) 1. 2-4 years of experience in customer relationship management or sales 2. Bachelor's degree 3. An ideal candidate would have customer relationship management experience in Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) 4. Experience managing accounts with a focus on contract renewals and upgrades 5. Experience as a Registered Nurse in NICU, L&D, PICU, etc looking to get off the floor and into a customer facing, travel position required What you need to know 1. CRS will be the main point of contact for existing customers. 2. Educate customers on new functionality and/or new products and assess their interest level. 3. Opportunity to enhance relationships with existing clients through unique value adds 4. Base salary + commission potential 5. Opportunity to work with world-class, top-tier Children's Hospitals nationwide 6. Willingness to travel nationally up to 2-3 times per month
