Overview

Required skills & experience (the 4 “must haves” to be considered) 1. Only accepting applications from clinicians who are fully licensed in North Carolina at the Masters and Doctorate level with demonstrated prior clinical experience practicing as a psychotherapist. 2. Must want to work full time at a minimum commitment of 30-40 available clinical hours a week. 3. Special consideration will be given to LCSW psychotherapists, PsyD, and PhD Licensed Psychologists. 4. Seasoned clinicians from the LGBTQ, QTPOC, and transgender/gender variant communities are encouraged to apply. Need-to-know - We are not accepting applications from provisionally licensed clinicians, LMFTs, or LPAs at this time due to billing restrictions. - W2 employee therapists are allowed the advantages of creating their own schedules and maintaining clinical control of their work with the support and security of being a part of a thriving practice. Description We are exciting to be offering a new W2 Employee model for full-time, fully licensed psychotherapists in all our Raleigh. This model experienced psychotherapists interested in the private practice model the unique opportunity to tailor their own schedules and client case loads while providing billing, marketing, administrative support, and a steady stream of client referrals. We provide full credentialing on all panels, rapid and effective billing and reimbursement, and client caseloads matched to clinician competencies.
