Overview
Required skills & experience (the 5 “must haves” to be considered): 1. At least 5+ years of experience in a relevant leadership role with a Behavioral Health background (Client prefers another VP level candidate, but will take someone with strong BD Director experience) 2. Experience with multi-site and rapid growth experiences with a Behavioral Health organization. Will not consider home health or rehab (SNF, LTC, PT) experience. 3. Cross-functional training and experience in all aspects of marketing, branding communications and public relations. Also needs to have strong customer based selling experience/knowledge so they can teach/train BD Directors at each acute facility. 4. Bachelor’s Degree in related field required, Masters preferred 5. Expert in data analysis and making data driven decisions. Candidate must be tech savvy. What you need to know: • The VP will support the strategic, financial, and clinical priorities of the organization by helping to improve referral development systems, and processes to improve patient access and aid in facility growth. • Will cover the Southeast Territory. Facilities are located in the below areas: Luverne, AL Waynesville, MO Jackson, TN West Memphis, AK New Orleans, LA Dallas, TX • Candidate must live in the Southeast. • 60-70% travel required • Work from a home office when not traveling
