Must have Good communication, Passion for helping the underserved and be Mission driven Bonus: Spanish speaking Supervisor: Chief Medical Director Position overview: The Staff Physician is responsible for providing highest quality of medical care and auxiliary functions for patients. In conjunction with the nurse practitioner and/or the physician assistant, participates in developing, executing, and periodically reviewing the Clinic’s written policies and services provided to Federal program patients. Start date: As soon as credentialed Schedule/details: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm FLEXIBLE - 4/10's NO CALL 20-22 patients seen per day 80% scheduled 20% walk-ins 20-25 minutes consults Cases: Bread and butter, cough and cold, flu, minor suturing, diabetes etc. Support staff: NP's, PA's, MA's, RN's etc. Fully support staff Benefits: Full health plan Life Insurance Flexible Spending accounts Generous time off Retirement plans Extended Illness bank Employee assistance program Discounted services Relocation coverage
