Overview

Required Skills & Experience 1. Five years experience as a physical therapist 2. At least 2 years at a lead clinician level 3. Previous supervisory and fiscal management experience 4. Demonstration of advanced clinical specialty through additional certifications, leadership roles, continuing education, and teaching or clinical experience What you need to know • Responsible for evaluation and/or rehabilitation of patients in clinic from neonate to geriatric and inpatients from neonate to geriatric; as well as athletes in school setting. • Participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by working cooperatively with auxiliary and rehab staff in maintaining standard for professional practice in the clinical and school setting. • Is responsible for inpatient and outpatient departmental operations in regards to patient care, staffing ratios, interdepartmental coordination, patient flow, budgets, performance improvement and staff management. • Assists in effectively managing Rebound Sports Medicine division, and reviews expenses relative to budgetary tasks.
