Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered) 1. Master's Degree from a Council on Social Work Education accredited graduate school of social work 2. LMSW or eligible for LCSW 3. Three (3) years clinical social work or allied health practice, with hospital or medical background What you need to know 1. Provides direct social work services including assessment, treatment planning, intervention, counseling, and recommendations to individual patients (adolescents, adults, elder) 2. The social worker has the ability to carry the role of advisor, therapist, administrator and clinician 3. Identifies mental health needs of patients and Provides counseling and referral as indicated 4. Opportunity to serve a variety of patients and unique cases 5.
