Required skills & experience 1) Master’s degree in physical therapy approved by CAPTE accredited physical therapist education program 2) Must be currently licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist within the state of agency operation and compliant with accepted professional standards and practices 3) Community/home health experience is preferred 4) Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role 5) Valid driver’s license and an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or home health requirements and is in good working order What You Need to Know: 1) Amazing benefits and generous PTO 2) Hourly rates above national average 3) Growing company that retains family-like organizational culture 4) Sign on bonus available for qualified candidates 5) Territory ranges from Oakland/Alameda and Contra Costa County 6) Average case load of 20-25 patients per week
