Licensed Social Worker (LCSW)

Overview

Required skills & experience (the 7 “must haves” to be considered) 1. Unrestricted Social Worker (LCSW). 2. 1+ year clinical or case management experience. 3. 1+ year of inpatient, home health, hospice, public health or assisted living experience. 4. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. 5. Computer proficiency; must be able to type and navigate a Cloud-based environment and designated teleconferencing application. 6. Experience with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. 7. General computer savvy - Including basic experience/familiarity with an EMR. "Nice-to-haves" • Medicare or Medicaid. • A background working in maternal population. • A background in maternal/substance abuse populations. • Full remote, must be a great self-starter. • Must reside somewhere in the surrounding Lexington area and be willing to drive to client sites across the area. • Preference will be shown to LCSW candidates, may consider LMSW as well, as long as the candidate will be getting his/her LCSW shortly. • Client would love to find a candidate with volunteer experience (places like AA, Thistle Farms, etc.) on their resume along with current, applicable work experience. • Very strong preference to those with professional experience in Substance Abuse.
