Overview
Required skills & experience: 1. Board Certified in Internal Medicine 2. Already actively Iowa licensed candidates or those who have already obtained their IMLC Certification with their participating state will be accepted 3. BLS 4. Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Hospitalist What you need to know: - Day Shift hospitalist (potential to start in September): - Typical rotation is Tuesday – Monday but flexible to accommodate a locums schedule - Typical shift is 7a-5p (10 hrs), but if your locum requests 12 hour shifts we will consider scheduling 7a-7p to accommodate - Responsibilities include Rounding on ~16-20 patients per shift (see attached for more info) - No procedures
