Field Nurse - Behavioral Health

Overview

Required Skills and Experience 1. Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation 2. Must have a minimum of 2 years of Behavioral/Psych experience within the last 5 years 3. Med Surg experience highly preferred 3. Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role 4. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations What You Need to Know 1. Competitive salary and sign on bonus. 2. Cities they are required to travel to: Alvin ,Manvel, Pearland, Sargent, Brazoria, Liverpool, Damon, Angleton, Sweeny, West Columbia, Lake Jackson, Danbury 3. Assess all medicines to identify possible ineffective drug therapy or adverse reactions, significant side effects, drug allergies, and contraindicated medications. 4. Establish realistic measurable, observable goals consistent with the patient’s diagnosis. 5. Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including, but not limited to Compliance Process: Code of Conduct, HIPAA, and documentation standards. 6. Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
