Manager, Behavioral Health and Wellness

Overview

Required skills & experience (the 5 “must haves” to be considered). 1. Must possess an active LCSW License 2.You have experience providing direct mental health treatment, substance use treatment, and/or both community- based care 3.You have experience managing large teams of scale (particularly managing people managers) as well as providing direct clinical supervision 4. You excel at empathy and human interactions, and want to improve the health of individuals and whole communities 5. Experience working with individuals with co-occurring chronic medical and chronic behavioral health diagnoses What you need to know • Supervise the Behavioral Health Specialist team both clinically and administratively • Along with the rest of the behavioral health team, develop programming and new initiatives based on member needs (i.e. support groups, educational sessions, co-location initiatives, new partnerships with local community agencies, presence at community events, etc.) • Assist with initial and ongoing training of outreach specialists, community health partners, and behavioral health specialists • Coordinate services and relevant Member Action Plan (MAP) goals and tasks with care teams, as well as community service providers
