Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered) 1. Master's degree 2. LCSW-C license in the state of Maryland 3. Minimum of 1 year experience in a hospital setting 4. Knowledge of Cerner, Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills preferred What you need to know: 1. Chance to make an impact in the coordination of health services for patients and their families 2. Schedule: M-F 8:00am - 4:30pm 3. Outpatient Psychiatric Unit 4. Seeking candidate who has really strong case management experience working with a high volume of cases
