Overview
Required skills & experience (the 5 “must haves” to be considered): 1. NOT looking for someone who is currently in an HR role. The candidate needs to be a true Senior level recruiter with experience owning the full lifecycle of recruiting (screening, onsite interviews, offer process, Etc). 2. 5+ years of experience in recruiting or staffing firm recruiting required. Recruiter will be interacting with HR Business Partners and Executive leadership, so corporate experience is also required. 3. Experience recruiting clinicians with a healthcare organization is preferred, but not required. 4. Experience using an applicant tracking and HRIS systems; experience using iCIMS is a plus. 5. Ability to work independently, be flexible to a changing environment, and thrive in a high recruitment volume role (Will be asked to recruit for around 30 reqs at a time). 6. Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Human Resources or related field. What you need to know: • Potential full-time conversion after March 2020 if there is a position available and the candidate proves to be a good fit. • Executing full life cycle searches for positions to include: developing the search strategy, sourcing, prescreening and interviewing candidates to attract and evaluate candidates, develop and present recommendations on qualified candidates to our hiring managers/internal clients. • Possessing exceptional executive sourcing, assessment and closing skills. • Excellent client relationship skills, communicates proactively and consistently with hiring managers and candidates. • Develop and identify highly-visible executive-level prospects and knowledgeable industry sources and company target lists as well as the identification of potential candidates and sources.
