Executive Director - Home Health

Overview

Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered) 1) Must be a (RN) Registered Nurse in practicing state with home health experience 2) Healthcare professional with at least two (2) years of health related experience and the education, knowledge and ability to effectively direct the program 3) Minimum of two (2) years experience in the business and fiscal functions in a home health care setting 4) Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order 5) Must have experience handling a census of at least 400 What You Need to Know: 1) Amazing benefits and generous PTO 2) Hourly rates above national average 3) Growing company that retains family-like organizational culture 4) Sign on bonus available for qualified candidates 5) Largest branch in the country; in need of someone who can handle a census of 450 plus
