Top 5 must haves: 1.) MUST be a Pain Certified Physician 2.) Must have and active TN medical license 3.) Must have an active DEA 4.) Must be willing to travel between two locations during the week(1.5 hours apart) 5.) Must be willing to act as the medical director, which means there's admin work. Open to providers with very minimal admin experience. Bonus: Suboxone Cert. Client needs a provider with a Suboxone cert and will pay for one to be issued. They said this takes a couple weeks to get done. Start date: As soon as credentialed Length of assignment: 2 months - possibly ongoing Credentialing: 1 week Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm 4/10's NO CALL/NO WEEKENDS
