Overview

Required skills & experience (the 5 “must haves” to be considered): 1. At least 2-3 years of experience as a practicing RN and 2-3 years of experience as a practicing NP in an Infusion Center, Oncology setting. 2. At least 2 years of experience managing clinical staff members. 3. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). 4. BLS through the American Heart Association (ACLS Certification preferred), Active American Heart Association and CPR certification. 5. Current license to practice as a RN and NP in the state of Tennessee. 6. BSN and MSN required. What you need to know: • The Clinical Manager would spend approximately half their time performing management responsibilities and the other half working hands-on in patient care. (This will change as the business grows and will eventually spend more time in the admin component of this role.) • Will be the lead position when it comes to clinical decisions related to direct patient care. • Preparation of IV infusions in accordance with clinical protocols. • Starting IVs and monitoring patients during the infusion process.
