Overview
Required skills & experience (the 6 “must haves” to be considered): 1. RN must be bilingual. 2. Active, unrestricted RN license (Will take a RN license from anywhere in US, as long as the RN is willing to obtain compact or additional state license as needed). 3. 3+ years of experience caring for patients in a hands-on, acute care setting OR 3+ years combined experience in hospitals/outpatient clinics/insurance companies/Home Health/ Hospice.**Must have some type of hands on clinical experience and be familiar with discharge planning.** 4. Associates Degree in Nursing (ASN) required, but prefer Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN). 5. MUST be technologically savvy and excited about how technology can change how we deliver care. 6. Case Management experience is strongly preferred, but not required. What you need to know: • Work on a team with non-clinical teammates in assisting your members navigate the healthcare system. • Metrics are quality driven, not quantity. • Work Monday through Friday- no nights, weekends or holidays • Full medical, dental, and vision benefits • Unlimited PTO and fully stocked kitchens
