Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered) 1. 5+ years experience in creating (from scratch) programs to manage and effect populations 2. Experience with cross-functional team management, coordinating and leading across a variety of functional areas (e.g social workers, engineers, case managers). 3. 3+ years experience in creating data driven processes and leveraging statistical tools to run product experiments (e.g. A-B testing) 4. Healthcare background (payer/provider/startup) with virtual and physical care programs a plus. 5. Clinical education a plus 6.
