Required skills & experience (the 3 “must haves” to be considered) 1. Minimum Education: Bachelor’s or Associates Degree or equivalent education or experience 2. 1-2 years experience in a Lead or Supervisory capacity 3. 2-3 years in an administrative / hospital facilities department 4. Experience with The Joint Commission survey accreditation What you need to know - This is a full-time role based on-site in Brighton, MA POSITION SUMMARY: • Assists the Director with planning of work scheduling and supervises work and assignments. Manages facility administrative functions including work order management, coordination and payment of contracted work and regulatory documentation. • Supervises and schedules projects utilizing staff and materials in an efficient manner at the direction of the Facilities Director. • Supervises the Maintenance Scheduler • Coordinates departmental trainings and maintains competency files • Provides back-up support to the Maintenance Scheduler for time card entry and final Approval for all department timecards • Works with off-site property managers to obtain regulatory testing documentation to file • Gathers all PCRA (Pre-construction Risk Assessment ) and/or ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessments) and puts in our books and file on-line • Gathers all ILSM (Interim Life Safety Measures) and puts them in our books and file on-line • Assist in performing daily inspections and gather documentation of construction sites
