Active unrestricted RN license valid in one or more of the United States. 4. Demonstrated experience in Care Management 5. Outstanding communication and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience with utilization review and utilization management programs 2. Experience in home care nursing 3. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements for managed care organizations 4. Knowledge of MCG and CMS criteria and how to apply them for decision making 5. Knowledge or URAC standards and quality metrics 6. Web-based training curriculum development experience Tell me about this job: The Clinical Trainer will be responsible for developing comprehensive clinical training curriculums and conducting training sessions across the organization. This individual will incorporate existing educational programs and collaborate in the development of educational programs. They will also be responsible for the evaluation of staff's understanding and readiness of training content to ensure Health and Safety standards of care settings.
