Most labs only offer 1 – 3 disciplines. Top "Must Haves" for This Job: 1. Over one year supervisory experience is preferred. 2. Over six years of prior Laboratory experience including over three years at a Medical Technologist III. 3. Must have proven track record in establishing and maintaining positive and productive physician, employee and client relationships. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Performs all duties of a Medical Lab Technologist III Lead. 2. Manages the ordering and inventory of supplies for the Microbiology departments. 3. Responsible for validating and correlations on new equipment and new procedures that pertain to the departments. 4. Responsible for the performance calibration verification for all departmental equipment.
