Required skills & experience (the 5 “must haves” to be considered) 1. 5+ years in customer success leadership role or other relevant experience 2. Prior responsibility for customer growth and revenue metrics (e.g., retention, referrals, expansion, upsells, cross-sells) 3. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level 4. Up to 20% travel may be required 5. BA/BS Degree Preferred (not mandatory) skills, experience, and education - Knowledge of industry-standard CRM and customer success tools - Familiarity with industry-standard data analytics tools - Experience in digital health, medical devices, or SaaS What you need to know - This is a full-time, highly strategic role sitting on-site in Nashville, TN - Position reports directly to and works alongside the CEO Example Positional Responsibilities - We are seeking a LOVER of delighting customers, gleaning actionable insights from data, and driving strategic initiatives across a small, but quickly growing organization. We are seeking someone who will be committed to helping us achieve ambitious objectives. - Create initiatives to drive greater customer adoption and engagement - Drive additional revenue sales within existing customer health systems in the form of additional clinics, additional devices, upsells, cross-sells, and new pricing strategy - Use intimate knowledge of customers to inform new product features and co-create targeted innovation roadmap with Product team - Ruthlessly measure customer satisfaction and lead initiatives to strengthen our already high marks and ensure they are scalable as we continue to grow rapidly
