Required skills & experience 1. BSN required 2. Current, active RN licensure in good standing required 3. Care Coordination and Transition Management (C.C.C.T.M) preferred 4. 8+ years of acute nursing experience required. 5. 3 + years managing direct reports; interaction with leadership teams is required 6. Able to pass required drug screen and communicable disease screenings required 7. Able to pass detailed criminal background check required What you need to know 1.
