Sr. Healthcare Data Analyst

Overview

Required skills & experience (the 5 “must haves” to be considered) 1. Bachelors in Informatics or related field (Master’s degree in Healthcare Informatics preferably) 2. 3-5 years working as an analyst. 3. Must have experience with Medicare Claims Data & various value-based care programs 4. Experience with Power BI, SQL/data-warehouse preferred 5. Deep understanding of data storage & data sharing methods What you need to know • Test various BI products, including dashboards & reports to help improve the quality of current BI products • Responsible for compiling & organizing healthcare data (claims, public health, clinical, EHRs etc.) to assist in delivering optimal healthcare management • Presenting findings as a business case to the Executive Leadership team through the use of data visualization & detailed reports • Work for a rapidly growing organization whose platform is helping to maximize physician performance
