Overview

Required skills & experience (the 5 “must haves” to be considered) 1. Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in Computer Science, IT or related field 2. 8-10 years’ of designing & providing solutions on IT infrastructure 3. Expert in architecting, deploying & maintaining IT infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Enterprise Tech Stack- Office 365, Windows, Enterprise Mobility & Security (EMS) 4. Expert in architecting, deploying & maintaining CRM solution using Dynamics 365 5. Experience with infrastructure lifecycle management & design methodologies with a strong understanding of systems management processes & techniques What you need to know • Set a vision for IT Infrastructure/support team (including system/database administrators, network/site-reliability engineers, IT analytics ) • Monitor both resource usage & failure rates of installed systems & provide feedback & solutions • Gather business requirements and analyze enterprise infrastructure needs & architect intranet solutions to integrate hardware, operating systems, various software tools & connectivity solutions • Work for a rapidly growing organization whose platform is helping to maximize physician performance
