Engineering Manager

Overview

Required skills & experience (the 5 “must haves” to be considered) 1. Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or PhD preferred) in Computer Science 2. At least 10 years’ experience as Software Engineer 3. At least 2 years’ experience leading software engineering teams & managing the complete lifecycle of the software development 4. Proven ability to lead the design & development of Front-End web/mobile applications & scalable products with SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, offerings 5. Recent hands-on programming experience, with strong system design skills What you need to know • Work with Product Management to plan & develop patient care management platform, underlying the infrastructure & technology • Own & manage the complete software development cycle, gathering requirements, design/architect, development, testing deployment & maintenance • Identify opportunities for improvement while collaborating with other teams, such as Data Science & Analytics team to architect solutions • Provide technical guidance to & coaching to developers & engineers • Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc. • Work for a rapidly growing organization whose platform is helping to maximize physician performance
