Overview

Requirements/Qualifications 1. Graduate from school of nursing; BSN required 2. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio 3. Minimum of two year's recent surgical RN experience 4. Leadership experience strongly preferred 5. CNOR Certification Required Preferred/Highly Desired • RN First Assist preferred • Multi-service line experience highly desired • Leadership experience strongly preferred What you need to know - Creates a caring and healing environment that keeps the patient and family at the center of care throughout their experience -Under the direction of the nurse manager/director provides supervision of employees in their respective department/service area and partners with their supervisor to ensure 24 hour accountability. -Participates in interviewing, hiring, orienting, counseling and evaluating of all employees. - Establishes work schedules and daily assignments. - Participates in direct patient care activities as needed.
