Provider Network Manager

Overview

Required skills & experience (the 6 “must haves” to be considered): 1. Bachelor’s degree required 2. At least 5 years of experience in a customer facing or Network Management role required. 3. Experienced in managed care, health plan operations in provider contracting, customer service, or provider relations. 4. Data analytics and reporting experience required. 5. Clinical degree strongly preferred. Ideal candidate is a clinician (RN, PT, OT) with skilled nursing facility experience or knowledge in relationship building and education regarding the company’s tools and processes. 6.. Must have established Provider contacts in the desired coverage area What you need to know: • Maintain positive working relationships with providers/payers to build a high quality, highly receptive network base in mature markets. • Network Manager will support the provider in ensuring recognition by the hospital and plan partners through appropriate rate setting, improved volume and achieving and maintaining a Contracted status. • Up to 75% travel (no over night trips expected--day trips only) • Candidate needs to live in Minneapolis or St. Paul in order to cover Minnesota territory. •**Candidate will mostly be traveling from Minneapolis to St. Paul, but there will be travel to Rochester and St. Cloud MN as well. • Will have six weeks of training; the first two weeks will be classroom training in TN (travel expenses will be covered)
